Cleanse your face and apply serum or oil. Gently press onto the skin and perform upward and outward movements. After each stroke, lift the roller and start again. Avoid rolling the roller back and forth. Begin at the chin and jawline, starting from the center and moving towards the earlobes. Roll the cheeks from the nose directly across the cheekbones to the top of the ear. Use the smaller end of the roller for the under-eye area, gently rolling it towards the temples. For the brow area, carefully follow the contour of the brow bone, moving from the bridge of the nose to the temples. Roll the forehead from the center towards the edges. Complete the forehead massage with a slow and relaxing roll, starting from the area between the eyebrows and moving up to the hairline. Repeat each movement 4-5 times in each area.
